| Here’s
a synopsis of some of the magic and illusions:
THE MAGIC:
Doves In Flight - This magic act is
performed with doves, canes, candles, cards, and fire.
The prefect opener, it last a full 10 minutes and will
dazzle the audience. You will be taken into the world
of dove magic. As you sit back in your seat being entertained,
entranced, intrigued, and amazed by the beautiful colored
doves. Wayne removes his red gloves, change them into
green gloves, toss them into the air, and they transform
into a green dove in flight. A cane is introduced to
the audience and vanished into thin air, changing into
a black silk. An unexpected fan of cards is produced.
Followed by other card fans, card vanish, single card
productions, and the production of a white dove.
A piece of paper is introduced set a fire and in the
flame, a second white dove appears.
A red silk is removed from Wayne’s breast pocket
shown empty. A red candle is produced, vanished, reproduced
and transformed into a red dove. A
blue balloon is blown-up popped and behold a blue
dove ascends. Yes! “That’s right
blue.’ A large yellow feather is stroked; don’t
blink because it will be the last thing you’ll
see as it transforms into to a cane. Now! “ Where
did that yellow dove come from?’
There is more! The finale will bring you out your seats.
It’s a solid act you have to see. One can only
say, what a classy act?
Buzz- There is nothing like watching
a magician performing a rabbit trick. This is one of
the best. Wayne will change a dove into a rabbit right
before your very eyes.
Mark The Marker- Wayne draw a face
on an erasable board, the face comes to life. The eyes
move from side to side and it talks. After talking the
animated drawing is visibly erased from the board. It’s
very powerful and funny.
THE ASSISTANT – I request a
spectator to be my assistant, and then I dress him like
a magician. After some byplay, I decided that it is
better if a female assistant helps with the trick, so
I rip down the front of the assistant’s jacket
- he now appears to be dressed as a woman. Then I rip
off his "costume" Assistant is now wearing
underwear bra and stripped pants.... The "jacket"
has a real pocket in front, so I can use it to produce
items before starting the routine of changing clothes.
The routine has audience participation and is very visual.
HANK
This animated hank will dance around on my hand, on
a chair, on my shoulder, just about anyplace. There
are no angle problems so you can work close up or surrounded.
I can put it on my shoulder and walk into the audience
while the hank performs.
Linking Rings- One of the oldest and
most baffling effects in existence. It’s a great
trick when properly presented. And Wayne created a jewel
of a presentation.
The Sponge Ball Routine- This act
adds a dash of laughter to the show, as an endless supply
of sponge balls are plucked from my mouth. To complete
this comedy a very large sponge ball emerged from my
mouth. Don’t relax just yet or you’ll miss
the final and endless array of screamer from Wayne’s
mouth. Absolutely hilarious!
Confetti Galore- The show closer is
performed with mystifying lights plucked from everywhere,
the professor’s nightmare, a napkin is rolled
up into a ball, set a flame and tossed high into the
air. A red ball ascends from the flame. A slingshot
is introduced and the ball is aimed at the crowd. The
crowd chuckles but when the ball stops it orbits in
midair and bursts into confetti. The audience grasps
as the confetti sprinkles them.
THE ILLUSIONS:
Nefertari - One of my favor illusions.
A lovely assistant is introduced with charm and style.
She is hypnotized and takes her position beneath a framework-supported
box. Her face is visible seen through the opened from
the doors. Next shiny swords are inserted into the sides.
And one is plunged down the middle of the cabinet The
front doors are opened, and the mystery continue. Her
head is gone! Vanished! All that remains are the glistening
swords. The front doors are quickly shut and the swords
are removed. Voila! The head returns and the assistant
emerge unharmed.
The Guillotine - This sinister instrument
is hewn from solid timber and built like a fortress.
It must be seen to be feared. A victim from the audience
is captured and imprisoned by the neck in the pillory
stocks. The blade thunders downward. Whammmmm! Only
a meticulous monster would swell with pride as the special
makromium blades prevents living flesh from sticking
to its greedy edge. If all goes well the victim will
raise again. If not there is one less person in the
audience.
Cutting A Woman Into Sixths - Hilarious
comedy at its best. When I was ten years old! I always
wanted to do the cutting the woman into multipal pieces
illusion. Because, that’s what all the big time
magicians were doing! Well! The problem was I guess.
No one wanted to trust a ten-year-old, with blades in
his hands. So I had to improvise. Nobody is as loyal
as dear old grandma. Grandma appears in the audience,
dances like Michael Jackson as she arrives on stage.
An upright cabinet is wheeled to the center of the stage.
Grandma entered the cabinet, chained, bound and the
door is shut. Five large blades are inserted into the
box. She is divided into six equal parts. All is reversed,
out comes the blades, and as for grandma you just have
to see if she makes it.
Cutting A Person In Half - a Spectator,
Assistant, or CEO is enticed to lie on the table. Stocks
are placed over Victim's Mid-Section. Finally the Sharp
Blade is S-L-O-W-L-Y Pushed Down cutting the person
in half. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL!! The Victim GETS UP WITH
THE BLADE ENCOMPASSING THEM BETWEEN THE SOLID BLADE
AND FRAME.
Metamorphosis - Made famous by the
Great Harry Houdini. This is still
one of the best illusions in magic today. This is the
best magician and assistant switch there is.
Levitation - This is one of the classic
effects in magic. It’s both dramatic and befuddling.
Wayne has updated this illusion so it can be preform
on any stage. The assistant can even be from the audience.
The Ultimate Levitation - You’ve
seen levitations before but nothing like this one. It
leaves the audiences with their mouths open, often too
startled to even applaud. A female assistant is introduced
and mesmerized. She helped onto a table. A large cloth
is used to cover her body. Wayne waves his arms mystically,
and slowly, the assistant rise from the tabletop. The
floating assistant continues her ascent, until she is
inches from Wayne’s outstretched fingers. The
table is removed. Now comes the part you’ll be
telling all your friends about that wasn’t at
the show. You’ll say, “Magician
Wayne Ferguson walked towards the audience
with the assistant clinging to his finger tips.”
“As he reached the edge of the stage the female
assistant vanished into thin air, right before our very
eyes.”
The Box - A small black & white
cabinet is opened and an assistant is squeezed in the
cabinet. Two large round tubes, which you can see completely
thru, are thrust thru the cabinet. One thru the side
and one thru the front. Even more amazing, 10 solid
wooden spikes or canes are driven thru the box at every
conceivable angle. Will she emerge unharmed or will
I need a new assistant?
The Dekolta Chair Escape - A female
assistant is covered with a cloth. The magician pull
off the cloth – she is gone, vanished in thin
air.
Body through Body - Wayne is secured
in a cabinet and assistant's body passes through Wayne’s
body. One of the greatest illusions ever built. The
penetration through me in a powerful it’s visually
stunning.
VISIBLE SAWING- Watch Wayne cut a
spectator in a half with a real power Jig Saw. Yes!
A Jig Saw ripping through an audience member body like
a piece of wood “No blood”! It’s just
an illusion.
Head Twister - Watch Wayne twist a
persons head around 360 degrees repeatedly! A classic
audience pleaser and an experience one will never forget.
Let it Snow - This effect will stand
out like never before. Imagine as the show comes to
an end. Magician Wayne Ferguson fill the room with one
of the best snow effects around, an effect so strong
it snow in the audience.
The Rabbit Wringer - Just imagine
a bunny rabbit is produced. A box is introduced to the
audience that has a roller mechanism fixed to the front
of the box. The top lid of the box is opened and the
rabbit is placed inside. The crank on the side of the
box is turned and the rabbit comes out flat. To prove
to the audience that the rabbit is not in the box, the
front of the box is removed and shown empty. Don’t
worry my little furry friend will return unharmed.
In a Flash - Magician Wayne Ferguson
suddenly appear onstage in a sudden flash of fire. A
great opener to start the show.
Dare Me - Watch Wayne produce large
birds… “Miago,” a large Green winged
Macaw and “Cocoa,” an Umbrella Cockatoo.
They are remarkably intelligent, with a few tricks of
their own.
Stack Of Boxes - One of my most versatile
productions. Simply enough, four boxes are set around
the stage. One by one, each box is stacked upon the
other until a tall cabinet is formed. The cabinet is
revolved to show all sides, and then illuminated to
show a lovely assistant inside the cabinet. She opens
the door to join the show. It can be used to produce
a guest speaker or C.E.O.
Chest Of Life - An elegant chest is
shown to be empty. A silk with a picture of a dove is
shown on both sides and placed in the chest. In the
top of the chest is a hole through which a corner of
the silk is pushed. The front doors are closed….and
when the silk is pulled out, the dove picture has vanished!
The doors are opened, and voila! The dove is now alive
and in the Chest of Life.
Floating Table - The perfect floating
table effect. It can be performed surrounded. Imagine
a solid table that mysteriously begins to rise from
the floor and then suddenly float in mid-air. This table
floats all over the place with a life of it’s
own, all the while being controlled by the performer.
A volunteer can look around
and under the table while it floats in mid-air!
Close Encounter:
*Close-Up * Strolling Magic & *Table Hopping
– Wayne gives the audience an experience they
will never forget. Mind boggling beyond the sense of
normality. Yes! Wayne will astound and amuse as he goes
from group to group, table to table, person to person
with intimate magic, some performed right under the
spectator’s noise. Magic using cards, coin, rubber
bands, & etc. |
